My "MAN" Drink

This is my veggie smoothie-or in our family we like to call it the "man drink" because you have to be a man to be able to stomach it. Although, none of the men in my family will touch the stuff. Your "man drink" can be an assortment of any vegetables you want. This one has tomato, spinach, cucumber, carrot juice, bok choy, yellow pepper, and a few blueberries. Mix it with water in my Vita mix and voila, you have yourself a days worth of veggies in one drink. It looks nasty, smells nasty, and tastes....well you get the idea. The blueberries help. But hey, it's healthy. I have one every day...almost. Which brings me to my story....
Today, I made my man drink and London said she wanted some. So I filled her little cup up...
...and she drank the entire thing. And she kept saying, "mommy this is yummy. I like this mommy." I told her she had a green mustache, so then she wanted to take a picture of my green mustache.
It's a good think she drinks this because she doesn't eat a whole lot of healthy things during the day.

Happy 3rd Birthday London! April 22

London turned 3 on April 22. We had a fun day. I took her to the cupcake store with her friend, Brynley, where they each chose a cupcake and then she opened her presents in the evening. She also got some neat balloons delivered specially for her from Aunt Lulu, Bry, Grandma and Grandpa, and also got her special pillowcase from Grandma Nye.

London is so sweet and loves pink. If it isn't pink, she doesn't want it. She also tells me and Wes she loves us about 20 times a day. She is very sensitive and emotional and everything that goes along with being a girl, which we love most about her.

Baby Lola, aka. "Bab Lolu," aka. "Booboo Looloo"

Here are some pics of the newest member of the Wood Family/Taylor Family. Introducing Lola Coy Taylor, born on March 2, 2010 to Laura and Bryan.
She was blessed a couple weeks ago in Rexburg. Here are some pictures of the sweet little girl.

I dressed Lola in this cute pink and blue ensemble and she was just too cute.

Booboo Looloo with Daddy: Lola is giving a "Bryan look" here. She looks so much like her daddy.
And here Lola is giving her best "Laura look"
Lola with her Grandma and Grandpa Taylor on her blessing day. She looked so beautiful in her dress (specially made just for her in Grand Cayman).

For some reason, I did not get any pictures of Lola with London and Jackson. I am sad that I didn't get any. I guess I was too busy stuffing my face with Bryan's yummy chocolate chip cookies, which I will remember always whenever I think of the day Lola was blessed.

Infinity

Today Jackson said to me, "Mommy, if you caught on fire and died, I would cry for infinity days." I told him that was the nicest thing to say to me. It is so fun having kids and listening to the things they come up with.

Spring Weather

This is a picture of one of our tulips in our front yard.
Another tulip.
We drove up Hobble Creek Canyon for a little hike. It was a beautiful day.
A family photo.
These are some happy kids.

Fun Day with Jackson

Jackson and I went skiing on Saturday to Alta and we had a great time.
Jackson standing at the top of the lift ready for another run. He is a great skier for his first time. He skied all the way down the run without me helping him, a born natural.
At the lodge enjoying the weather.
Of to a Bee's baseball game in SLC. Jackson played on the playground more than he watched the game. That's ok.
And a final stop at In-N-Out for a burger. We had great day together. Jackson is so fun to be with.

"Spidery"

I was laying on my bed just now and London was looking out the window watching for daddy and she spotted a tiny spider in the window and here is our conversation (another reminder of why she is so sweet):

Londie: Look mommy, a spider! I wanna squish it.

Me: Why? It's a nice spider. It's little and won't hurt you.

Londie: Ooohhh! (hi-pitched) It is so cute! Where is it's family?

Me: I don't know. It's all alone.

Londie: Oooohhh! (hi-pitched) I love it! I can see it's little head and it's little bum and it's little legs. Hello, little spider. How are you? Mommy, can spider's talk?

Me: No, animals can't talk.

Londie: Giraffes can talk, remember at the zoo?

Me: Huh? Nope, I don't remember. What is the spider's name?

Londie: Ummm, Spidery.

(Then London started singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to it as the spider slowly started crawling up the window. When she was done with the song, the spider had crawled to the top of the window and London started crying)

Me: What's wrong London?

London: I am sad that Spidery went way up there. I miss him.

Me: I know. He will probably crawl back down sometime to visit you.

Londie: Ok mommy, I love you.

Snowbird Day!

Yay! I finally got my computer to upload pics. However, I did have to uninstall my filter software for it to work. Wes and I had a great time at Snowbird the other day. It was so much fun. I really miss going all the time. It's just too expensive these days.

Long Time....no blog

Well, I want to put some pics on my blog, but my computer won't let me. I try to upload and the window takes forever and then says-server not connected. I can't upload pics to facebook either. If you know what to do, please let me know.
