This is what happens when Jackson gets a hold of our camera...I think he had just figured out how to work the self-timer. Most of these "surprise" pictures are taken in the bathroom because he knows we can't see what he is doing in there.

Spring Break-St. George

Well, I finally got a Saturday off for Spring Break so we headed down to George to have some fun in the sun. It was real nice on Saturday-kind of windy, and then Sunday was very very windy. The kids had fun with Grandma and Grandpa and it was relaxing to get away.

Jackson, Wes, and I went jeeping with my dad on Saturday. It was fun, but very windy. Here we are looking out off a cliff over the valley.

Grandma on the Wii Fiit

Jackson got Wii Fit for his birthday (well it's for all of us). We had a great time playing it with Grandma Susie and Riley and Chelsea. It is a lot of fun and it actually does get you moving. Lots of laughs!

Ok, here we go. The computer likes me today, so it let me upload some pictures. So here are pictures of Jackson's birthday.

We had birthday waffles on the morning on Jackson's birthday.

I did something I vowed never to do-I purchased character sheets and comforter for Jackson. Spongebob no less. And although it went against my beliefs, the look on his face was worth it.

Happy Birthday Jackson March 4

Jackson turned 5 on March 4. We gave him a couple gifts and then he had a birthday party at the clubhouse on Saturday. We did some crafts, ate cake, opened presents and went swimming. He had a great time and it was really fun to have a big party for him. We probably won't do that every single year, but it was worth it. He got lots of fun things-lots of Hotwheels cars, a bubblegum machine, Spongebob sheets and comforter (I always said I would never let my kids have character clothes or bedding cause I think it looks cheap, but the look on his face when he saw his bedding was priceless, and it was totally worth it), and the biggest thing he got was Wii Fit. It is really fun and he is having a great time exercising on it. It has been a lot of fun for all of us.

However, our computer is doing really weird things-won't let me open attachments on emails, won't save my word documents, and it currently won't let me upload my pictures to blogger. So, we have some really great pictures of the kids from the party and from Jackson's birthday, but you don't get to see them until we figure our computer out. If you know someone who can help us, please let us know. Ever since we downloaded Mozilla Firefox, our computer has been doing strange things. So we uninstalled it, but it is still not working right.

St. George Weekend

Wes took the kids to St. George this weekend. I stayed home because I couldn't miss my class on Saturday. Wes went motorbiking with my dad and my mom watched the kids on Saturday. I woke up Saturday morning to go to class and I was so sick. I still went to class, then I came home and layed on the couch or in bed the entire day. It was actually really nice to be sick and not have to take care of anyone but myself. Then Jackson got sick and was up all night Saturday night. So Wes and the kids got up Sunday morning and came straight home. J is doing much better. Hopefully Wes doesn't get whatever it is we have. All in all, they had a great weekend.
