I wouldn't be a nice sister if I didn't create a post dedicated entirely to the slack line. My brother, Sam carried his slackline everywhere with him and tried to do it, every chance he got. All he talked about was slacklining. And he carried the ropes around with him everywhere. Someone on the ship saw him and asked me if he was going to do some mountain climbing-and I just replied, "No, sir, he just likes to carry around the ropes...he is a little weird." Anyway, for those who don't know what it is, it is a hobby developed by rockclimbers. Most people who are into climbing like it. It is kind of like tightrope walking, but only a few feet off the ground-or water in this case. Sam, Wes, Bryan, Riley, and Chel all did it. Most everyone in the pics are falling off--no one made it all the way. Sam made it the furthest.

SLACKLINE!!! You are a good sister. I was ready to throw the slickline overboard by the end of day three!!! Although it was fun to watch Sam wear it around EVERYWHERE like he was Rambo...or when the Mexican in Cozumel called him "Macho Man"...lol.
I wish we had a picture of him wearing it like he did on the cruise so everyone knows what we are talking about. It was seriously like his girlfriend...never left his side. I am glad you got some pictures. It is a fun sport.
I LOVE SLACKLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
