We went to the farm to get potatoes and we got some great pictures of my dad's fields.
I think this is winter wheat so it's green right now.
My dad's field, and potato pit in the background.
My Uncle Jamie raises elk on his farm which is in the same area as our farm, so we took a picture. I think these are baby's from this spring, but I don't really know.
Driving back to Springville after a fun week.
We stopped in Kaysville to see Andy and Brianna before they leave on their 2 month long vacation to Hawaii, New Zealand, and Australia. Have a great time! We love you guys!
Getting potatoes from the pit
Freshly dug, Jackson is doing a taste test.
Me and my precious boy with all the potatoes
Jackson climbing up the piler. This belt carries the potatoes from the truck to the pit where it piles them nicely in a pile. The piler piles the potatoes in a pile. Ha ha. Hence, the name "piler."
Another part of my dad's field. It was a beautiful day!

Beautiful pictures --- don't you guys want to move to Idaho? I think that's a great idea ---
That is really amazing! What beautiful pictures! OH and I am up for you guys moving to Idaho too! :)
OK, so I might be strange, but I think I have a fear of your potato shed thing! When I first saw it I imagined all of them potatoes tumbling down and burying me alive! HA! Weird huh?! I know, I know!
Wow! That's a ton of potatoes!
Have I ever mentioned that your posts have a way of making me homesick :( I do love the posts though, so keep 'em comin'! It looks like you had a great time. What a beautiful time of year in and around Idaho. It must be the farm girl in me, but I love fall and harvest time.
Looks like Jackson and London had a great time with their Grandparents! Your kids are so dang cute and growing up so fast.
PS: Those are baby elk from earlier this year (if they were at the house)
Oh, and I love the very last picture of the dry grass and the clouds!
Hey, I thought I would see what you are up to. You look great! Your pictures are beautiful. Your cute family does so many fun things. I wish we were even half as adventurous.
