Uncle Sam came to stay with us right after his OCS training in Virginia. He is in the marines and just got back from Marine boot camp for officers. He did great and we are so proud of him! 40% to 50% of candidates get sent home cuz it is so hard. Sam won an award for being the most physically fit in his platoon (out of about 40 or 50 people). He brought Jackson a camo outfit and it looks exactly like the official one he wears. So here they are in their attire. Sam spent about 1/2 hour getting ready for this picture. He even ironed his hat for it....I guess that is how it is in the Marines. Everything is perfect. He says you can tell how good a Marine is by how perfect his sleeves are rolled up.
London didn't get a present, but look how cute she is in this picture...I couldn't resist posting it.

Cute! I can't believe he is so pressed. Weird, but very refreshing. I think he should have rolled up his sleeves one more time, maybe two. J looks adorable. Can I have that uniform when he grows out of it?
